I’m Anne-Sophie Melis, psychologist, leadership consultant and founder of ZEA Constellaris. I work where individual experience meets the realities of organisations.
Understand the person, while keeping their wider world in view.
20+ years in Talent Management, 10+ years in Assessment & Development Centres, and 400+ assessments delivered inform my work.
With a psychology degree and an MBA, I have supported recruitment, designed development journeys and helped managers navigate changes in their roles. Assignments across countries and cultures have deepened my understanding of organisations, their demands and the people who shape them.
My lived experience also informs this practice. It encourages me to listen to each story with curiosity and adapt support to each person’s resources, needs and pace.

European & international experience
An international background
that shaped who I am.
I grew up in the United States, in an international environment that shaped who I am. This openness to different cultures informs how I listen, understand relationships and question what we take for granted.
An AFS exchange year in the Dominican Republic, psychology internships in Peru, an Erasmus exchange in Bochum, Germany, and many other trips and internships abroad extended this openness. Living and studying in these settings deepened my sensitivity to different ways of thinking, communicating and finding a sense of belonging. These experiences continue to inform how I support each person, with their own story and frame of reference.
This journey continued in France, where I worked at Cerner in Paris from 2005 to 2010 in European Learning and Development. My work included adapting US programmes to European needs and cultures. Cerner is now part of Oracle Health. Assessment assignments for European institutions, international organisations and private-sector organisations subsequently broadened this experience of leadership and working environments.
